Does foodpanda provide any services that would cater to companies?

How is the receipt issued?
After your order delivered, you will receive an e-receipt regarding platform service fee from foodpanda.
You will receive an e-receipt of meal amount while collecting the order, if VAT number (EIN) is requested, please enter it under order information column while placing your order.

Where is my order?
Delivery times are mainly in accordance with the SMS notification, and will not necessarily match the times as estimated on the website.
After confirming the order, foodpanda delivery team will do our best to deliver your meal into your hands as soon as possible, but there may be delays in delivery due to the fact that some restaurants may take longer to prepare meals, and in addition to traffic and bad weather conditions. If you feel that your order is taking too long, please contact us directly and we will check the status of your order for you.

My order has arrived, but there's a slight problem with it. Who & How can I contact at foodpanda?
Please reach out to our customer service through online chat room. Please find our chat room at lower left hand side of our website or app. The chat room office hour is 10:30-21:30 from Mon to Sun.

I have a voucher code. How can I use it?
If you have a voucher code, you can redeem it after selecting a restaurant and adding products to the basket. You will see a field to enter your voucher code on the page that shows an overview of your order. If a voucher is valid, the discount on your order will be calculated immediately. Only one voucher can be used per order.
If your voucher code does not work, feel free to contact us and we will sort this out.

How to order online at foodpanda?
It is really easy, as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1.Tell us where you are: Enter your location so we can show you which restaurants can deliver to you.
2.Pick food you fancy: Choose a restaurant and dishes you’d like to order. You can search by restaurant name, cuisine type, dish name or any keyword.
3.Checkout: Enter your exact delivery address, payment method and your phone number. Always make sure you have entered a correct phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.
Now sit back, relax, and we’ll get your food delivered to your doorsteps.

How does foodpanda calculate the service fee?
foodpanda aims to deliver delicious food to all customers efficiently. The service fee is charged differently according to the distance between your delivery location and restaurant location. Currently, for short distances we charge $29 and for long distances we charge $199. We have regular flash deals and promotions on deliver fee, so you can always check on our foodpanda Facebook page for more information. The service is subject to change. Is service fee included in the minimum order value?
No, it’s not included. You need to meet the min order value while placing order and the service fee is not counted in.

I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?
Please contact us via Live Chat as soon as possible!
That way, we can let the restaurant know before they start making your order.
With regards to any refund of a payment you have made online, please contact foodpanda and not the restaurant.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
foodpanda is committed to provide our customers with the most convenient ordering platform, upon completing your order with foodpanda for the first time we will automatically email details for your new account and save your addres and phone number so that you will not have to enter information again for your next order, saving precious time!

Why I am getting a message that a restaurant does not deliver to me?
To ensure the food quality, foodpanda restrict the delivery area.If you enter a specific address on the homepage, then you can browse all the restaurants that do deliver to you.

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?
On the website you can see estimated delivery time of each restaurant in your location. The estimated delivery time for each order will very depending on the restaurant’s preparation times, traffic, weather, etc., and will not necessarily match the times as estimated on the website. Delivery times are mainly in accordance with the SMS notification. If you do not receive the SMS notification, please contact our customer service.

How can I pay for my order?
All our restaurants accept cash on delivery. In addition, there are various online payment methods available. You can check which payment methods are accepted in each restaurant by going to ‘Info’ tab on the restaurant page.

Cash on Delivery
Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ on the checkout page and pay the driver at your doorstep when receiving food.

Credit Card
Select ‘Credit Card’ on the checkout page. After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure page of our payment partner, where you can follow its instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be transmitted to the restaurant.

How do I add my company uniform number to the receipt?
Upon checkout of your order there is a section you can fill in your company uniform number. We will make sure that we will add the company uniform number when we issue you your receipt.

Yes! Both online and on the APP, foodpanda is bi-lingual. Each menu item is listed in both English and Chinese – as an added bonus, our customer service agents are bilingual as well.

What are your opening hours?
foodpanda currently provides food delivery services in the Taipei, Taichung, Hsinchu, Taoyuan and Kaohsiung. In Daan, Zhongzheng, Zhongshan, Datong District we also provides 24-hours delivery. Restaurant in the rest of area is open daily from 9am to 12am. During non-business hours, you can still browse our pages & pre-order your meal. We will process your order and reply to you immediately on the next business day. If you don't receive a confirmation message after one day, please contact us to confirm your order.

How can I see all restaurants?
If you want to view all restaurants, just go to: Restaurant List . You have an option there to enter your location to check which restaurants can deliver to you.

You have already created an account but you can't remember your password? Click on 'Login/Register' at the top of the page. Then click on 'Forgot Password?'. Fill out your email address and a password recovery link will be sent to you by email.
